What Air Describes

Air is the element of perspective. Its signs — Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius — think by comparing one thing against another, and they need conversation in roughly the way earth needs results: not as a preference but as the mechanism by which anything gets resolved.

Air signs are usually the ones who can restate somebody else's position more clearly than that person managed. This makes them effective mediators and occasionally infuriating opponents, since the same facility works equally well in either direction.
